Please record a continuous unpacking video while opening the parcel. Show the sealed package, all sides of the box, and the shipping label clearly. Record the complete unpacking and carefully check the product. If any damage or defect is found, capture it clearly in the video. The video must be unedited and recorded in one take.

Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return or exchange criteria. Once it is approved, a replacement will be shipped within 5 business days. If the product is unavailable, a refund will be initiated within 2 working days.
